Colloquium discussion with Prof. Jeffrey McCune on his book Sexual Discretion: Black Masculinity and the Politics of Passing (2014). Seminar open to all grad students and faculty, but please register in advance by contacting Prof. Todd Reeser (reeser@pitt.edu). Participants will be expected to have read the book under discussion. We will focus on the introduction, conclusion, and chapters 3 and 5.
