E. Lockhart Visits Pitt

The University of Pittsburgh Childhood Studies Speaker Series is pleased to present: Young Adult Novelist E. Lockhart Tuesday, April 15th at 4:30- William Pitt Union Ballroom-Free and open to the Public.

Please join us for a talk and book-signing by YA novelist E. Lockhart! She is the author of the forthcoming We Were Liars (May 2014), Fly on the Wall, Dramarama, The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks and the Ruby Oliver quartet: The Boyfriend List, The Boy BookThe Treasure Map of Boys, and Real Live Boyfriends. How to Be Bad was co-written with Lauren Myracle and Sarah Mlynowski.

Lockhart will talk to us about her writing process and specifically how she came to write The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks, which was a Printz Award honor book, a finalist for the National Book Award, and recipient of the Cybils Award for best young adult novel. She will also make time to answer questions from the audience. Feel free to bring your Lockhart books for her to sign. We will also have several of her books available for purchase at the event.
