British men's mag jokes about rape

For as much progress as our society has made in preventing rape, there also seems to be a remaining group of people who still don't believe that rape is a problem. A British lad mag even decided to joke about date rape being an acceptable way of wrapping up a date, and their logic was that since rape is underreported, then the perpetrator most likely won't get caught, anyway. Therefore, it's OK to rape your drunken date.
