Supreme Court to Weigh Sociology Issue in Wal-Mart Discrimination Case

The Supreme Court is currently deliberating another important case regarding gender and corporate entities. As the Times notes, "the argument may hinge on the validity of the hotly disputed conclusions of a Chicago sociologist." This one could have a real impact on discrimination cases brought by female employees in particular.
